On the first visit bring your personal identification and your insurance carrier. We will confirm with the insurance carrier the details of the accident. 

No, If you have any doctors records readily available then by all means bring them on your first visit. If not, that’s not a problem you can still come without them and our office will request them. 

If you do not need to go to the emergency room then we start off with a visit to the chiropractor. After an evaluation the chiropractor will act as the medical quarterback for your case and refer you to the proper team member specialist depending on your findings.
